The customer accepts by ordering at www.Picturestopaint.com that we have the right to publish their photos, painting, and initial instructions on our website, Facebook, Instagram, Etsy and our artists may use it in their portfolio. However, if we are notified by the customer in advance, we will ensure that any of those is not published by us.

Customers are both responsible and liable for the images they upload or send per email. One must have the appropriate permission or the copyright to order from us.

For web content or Blog posts that are published and are written by 3rd parties or that are guest blog posts, we can’t control the copyright of either the images or the text. If any violation will be reported to us, we will take down those posts within 24 hours.
We will keep all the information that our customers provide about themselves, and will not share it with any third party (except to the extent needed to complete the order). We will only keep the customer’s name, address and email. We do not keep your credit-card information.
