    The turnaround time for a finished painting is usually around 25 days. However, if you’re in a hurry you can opt for our express delivery of 17 days.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    We ship to every country worldwide.

  • What are your shipping charges?

    We offer FREE delivery on all orders worldwide, including the United States.

  • What shipping service do you use?

    All our orders are shipped via FedEx and DHL.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. Once the painting is dispatched, we’ll email you its tracking number within 72 hours.

  • Where should I send my photographs?

    You can directly upload your photos on our site. You can also email us your relevant photos at: office@picturestopaint.com

  • I’m having trouble uploading the photos. What can I do?

    No worries! After placing an order, you can directly email us all relevant photos at: office@picturestopaint.com

  • What if my photo is damaged or not of the highest quality?

    We’ll fix it! Our team of graphic designers will work their magic to restore the quality of your photos.

  • Can you make photo montages or edit my photo?

    Yes we can!

    Our team can combine people from different pictures into one image. We can also change the background, create color images from Black & White, and even fix your damaged or old photos.

    Just give us detailed instructions in the comment box while placing your order. We do it all FREE of charge.

  • Can you make a horizontal image vertical and vice versa?

    Great Question! We offer a variety of mediums to choose from: Oil, Watercolor, Acrylic, Pencil, and Charcoal. What works best depends totally on your taste! You can take a look at our gallery to discover what you really like. Oil painting is our most popular choice: you can always choose that when in doubt!

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    You can make the payment using credit/debit cards or via Paypal.

  • Can I preview my painting before receiving it?

    Yes you can! Once the painting is completed, we’ll email you its photograph for approval.

  • Will I be charged for revisions?

    No, we offer unlimited free revisions.

  • Can I order a custom size?

    Definitely. While placing your order, just select the closest size to the one you’re looking for. Then let us know in the comment box the exact size you want.
